About Entegrata

Entegrata is a fast-growing startup transforming how the legal industry leverages data. We deliver Azure-based data lakehouses tailored for law firms, helping them unlock actionable insights that improve decision-making, performance, and client service.

Many firms want the outcomes of modern data platforms, they often evaluate whether to build internally, buy, or partner. Our biggest challenge is not generating leads, it is clear market messaging, brand awareness, and thought leadership that helps senior technology leaders understand how Entegrata accelerates enterprise data platform strategies with lower risk and faster time-to-value.

We are hiring our first marketing professional to own and execute that narrative.

The Role

This is a communications-led marketing role for someone who can build Entegrata’s external voice from the ground up. You will own messaging, content, thought leadership, events, and executive communications, working directly with the CEO and closely with Sales and Product leadership. This role is primarily focused on messaging and thought leadership content. Podcast and event execution are important, but will be paced based on business priorities.

You are not being hired to run demand generation funnels, manage marketing operations, or optimize paid acquisition. You are being hired to help Entegrata win mindshare and trust by building a credible, repeatable market story.

What You’ll Own

1) Messaging and Market Narrative

  • Develop and refine Entegrata’s positioning and messaging for senior technology leaders in law firms, including CIOs, CTOs, and data leadership.

  • Clarify how Entegrata aligns with and accelerates Azure-based data platform strategies, including Microsoft Fabric where applicable, helping organizations balance internal platform initiatives with faster delivery and lower execution risk.

  • Build a consistent messaging framework that reinforces our differentiation, supports Sales conversations, and strengthens market credibility.

  • Create objection-ready narratives and proof points that address common evaluation dynamics (build vs buy vs partner) without relying on feature-level comparisons.

  • Develop executive-level competitive narratives that stand up in CIO and C-suite conversations about internal builds, platform extensions, and partner-led delivery, especially within Microsoft-centric environments.

2) Thought Leadership and Content Engine

  • Produce and manage high-impact content that builds credibility and shapes category perception, including:

  • Executive bylines and articles

  • LinkedIn thought leadership (CEO-led)

  • Presentations and conference talks

  • Case studies and customer narratives

  • Webinars, podcasts, and interview prep materials

  • Repurpose content across formats so we maximize value from every story, insight, and customer proof point.

  • Maintain a clear editorial calendar and consistent publishing cadence.

3) Executive Communications and Brand Presence

  • Establish and manage Entegrata’s external voice and content standards.

  • Draft and refine leadership communications as needed, including ghostwriting.

  • Maintain consistency across website language, customer decks, social profiles, and external materials.

  • Support PR and external visibility efforts, including press opportunities, guest articles, and analyst engagement as appropriate.

4) Podcast Editorial Strategy, Guest Sourcing, and Interview Prep (Overruled by Data)

  • Own the editorial strategy for Entegrata’s podcast, Overruled by Data, in partnership with the CEO.

  • Build and maintain a high-quality guest pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, scheduling coordination, and relationship management.

  • Develop episode concepts that support Entegrata’s positioning and consistently address key market objections.

  • Draft interview guides, including question arcs, guest bios, talking points, suggested follow-ups, and target themes.

  • Coordinate with the outsourced production team to ensure smooth handoffs and strong outputs (episode title, key takeaways, promotional hooks, and asset requirements).

Optional: If you have podcast production experience and want to take on more of the production workflow over time, that is welcomed but not required.

5) Sales Enablement (Messaging and Storytelling, Not Pipeline)

  • Equip Sales with messaging tools that help them sell the story clearly and consistently:

  • Core pitch narrative

  • One-pagers and proof points

  • Objection-handling battlecards for common evaluation paths, including internal build, buy, and partner models.

  • Customer-facing slides and talk tracks

  • Create a lightweight feedback loop with Sales so messaging stays field-tested and improves over time.

6) Trade Show and Industry Event Operations (Lead)

  • Lead the planning and execution of Entegrata’s presence at key trade shows and industry events.

  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, booth/collateral needs, and internal staffing to ensure events run smoothly and reflect our positioning.

  • Partner with Sales and leadership on pre-event messaging, meeting planning, and post-event follow-up materials.

  • Capture and translate event insights (objections, market signals, customer language) into messaging and content improvements.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 to 12 Months)

  • Entegrata has a clear, repeatable positioning that resonates with CIO-level buyers and is consistently used across Sales, leadership, and customer-facing materials.

  • Thought leadership content becomes consistent and differentiated, establishing the CEO as a visible voice in legal data strategy.

  • Sales has high-quality messaging tools (pitch narrative, proof points, and battlecards) that improve consistency and confidence in market conversations.

  • The market increasingly understands how Entegrata accelerates existing data strategies and drives measurable outcomes.

  • The podcast has a reliable guest pipeline, with 4 to 6 strong guests in backlog at any time, and each episode is supported by a structured interview guide.

  • We publish 2 to 4 strong customer stories or proof points as case studies, decks, or narrative-driven content.

  • Trade show execution is polished, coordinated, and improves market credibility, with disciplined pre and post-event alignment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on communications, messaging, content, or product marketing for enterprise audiences.

  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with a proven ability to translate complex, technical platforms into clear, credible narratives for senior buyers.

  • Demonstrated experience developing positioning and messaging frameworks used in executive-level and field-facing conversations.

  • Strong executive communications capability, including working directly with senior leaders and ghostwriting publish-ready content.

  • Experience marketing enterprise data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or analytics solutions, including exposure to competitive dynamics within Microsoft, Azure, or cloud data ecosystems. Legal industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Proven ability to support CIO and C-suite–level conversations around build vs buy vs partner decisions for complex platforms.

  • Comfort sourcing external voices, building industry relationships, and supporting thought leadership efforts such as podcasts or executive content.

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership, ambiguity, and evolving priorities.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • 401(k)

  • Unlimited PTO and holidays

  • Opportunity to shape Entegrata’s market narrative and voice as our first marketing hire

How to Apply

Send your resume, a short note, and 2 to 3 writing samples (or links) to Tom Baldwin. Please include at least one writing sample that shows your ability to translate a technical product into a credible narrative for senior enterprise buyers.
