The Role
As a Senior Platform Engineer at Entegrata, you will design, develop, and enhance critical components of our cloud-based data lakehouse platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions, taking ownership of complex technical challenges. This role requires strong technical expertise, experience in system design, and a focus on automation to support Entegrata’s mission of delivering seamless experiences for law firms.
Responsibilities
Feature Development: Design and implement scalable, high-quality features for Entegrata’s data platform, ensuring performance and reliability.
System Optimization: Optimize system components for efficiency and scalability in a cloud environment, addressing complex performance challenges.
Automation Implementation: Develop and maintain advanced automation scripts and tools to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
CI/CD Contributions: Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability, working closely with DevOps teams.
Security Best Practices: Implement and promote secure coding practices, contributing to platform security and compliance in a legal industry context.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in programming languages like Go, .NET, Node.js, or similar.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and basic orchestration concepts (e.g., Kubernetes).
Demonstrable experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Demonstrable experience with data architecture, design and SQL database work.
