Entegrata is building the analytics backbone of the legal industry — and we need a hands-on architect who’s ready to lead from the front.

This isn’t just a dashboard delivery role. It’s a builder role. A product thinker who codes. You’ll take lead of our Power BI layer — the layer that law firm business leaders, CFOs, and managing partners will rely on — and evolve it into a repeatable, high-performing product that scales to dozens (eventually hundreds) of firms.

You’ll work closely with our Data and Platform Engineering teams to refine and evolve our Gold Layer (semantic + reporting model), drive performance improvements, and craft future-proof solutions that anticipate client needs before they ask. If you’re ready to shape how an entire industry sees and uses its data, let’s talk.

We need someone who lives and breathes Power BI, knows their way around data modeling and Azure architecture, and can think like a product builder. If you’re tired of building one-off dashboards and ready to shape how an entire industry sees and uses its data, let’s talk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on development and enhancement of Power BI solutions that align with our product roadmap and deliver business-critical insights to customers.

  • Take full ownership of the Entegrata Gold Layer, refining modeling strategies, performance optimization, and delivery workflows for maximum impact.

  • Evangelize and implement best practices in DataOps, BI governance, version control (GitHub), CI/CD, and automated deployment across client environments.

  • Build upon TMDL & PBIP: Leverage Tabular Model Definition Language (TMDL) and Power BI Project (PBIP) formats to enable source control, collaborative development, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.

  • Continuously improve the Power BI product across both project delivery and the broader SaaS product lifecycle.

  • Design and implement future-proof data models that support a growing range of customer needs, working in lockstep with Data Engineering and Platform Engineering.

  • Craft and execute a robust implementation strategy that ensures consistency, scalability, and velocity across tenant deployments.

  • Architect reusable Power BI components, semantic models, and datasets that scale across firms with different configurations but similar needs.

  • Develop secure, efficient data pipelines using Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, etc.) as part of our broader lakehouse strategy.

  • Stay on the leading edge of Power BI capabilities and help shape our strategy as Microsoft evolves the platform.

You’re a Fit If You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in BI solution development, with deep Power BI expertise and a proven track record of building scalable data products.

  • Expert-level SQL and DAX, with strong dimensional modeling (especially Kimball-style) and data performance tuning skills.

  • Strong experience in Azure-based data ecosystems (Data Lake, Databricks, Fabric).

  • A product mindset: you build once, optimize for scale, and think beyond the current use case.

  • Experience owning or co-owning a shared semantic or “Gold” layer across teams or clients.

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and GitHub for BI solution development.

  • A strategic view: you know how to align implementation decisions with broader business and product goals.

  • Passion for clean visual storytelling and actionable design — not just functional dashboards.

  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and evolving priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with legal systems like Aderant, 3E, or other law firm financial platforms.

  • Background in SaaS, multi-tenant product development, or consulting with Fortune 500s.

  • Exposure to law firm operations or reporting priorities.

Why Entegrata?

We’re defining the next generation of legal data platforms — a modern, Azure-native lakehouse built specifically for law firms. You’ll be part of a tight, mission-driven team building a product that solves real problems for a traditionally underserved industry.

  • Remote-friendly with flexible hours.

  • Competitive startup salary

  • Potential for equity.

  • Health, dental, vision, and 401k.

  • Generous PTO and company holidays.

  • Professional growth, autonomy, and the chance to shape a market-defining product.
