Entegrata Caps 12 Month’s Growth, Doubling Its Roster of Law Firms and Advancing the Data Layer Behind Legal AI

Nashville, August 25, 2026 – Entegrata, the leading data intelligence platform for law firms, today marked 12 months of rapid growth as firms increasingly recognize that a single, governed source of truth is the bedrock of every serious AI, application and reporting strategy. Over the past 12 months, that conviction has moved from early adopters to the mainstream of the Am Law market, and Entegrata's momentum across its clients, team, and platform reflects the shift. Entegrata creates a golden record of firm data through its industry-specific Azure Databricks lakehouse, enabling value-added AI and reporting strategies that transform the business and practice of law.
New Customers
Since ILTACON 2025, Entegrata has more than doubled its clientele, recently welcoming its 20th law firm to the platform, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. The growth spans many of the most technologically progressive firms in the market, with recent additions including Cleary Gottlieb, Wilson Sonsini, Winston Taylor and Mintz joining a roster that already featured Mayer Brown, Vinson & Elkins, and Pillsbury.
On a typical day, Entegrata now ingests nearly one billion rows of data in aggregate into its clients' data lakehouse environments, and then unifies and standardizes information from the dozens of systems a modern firm runs so that it is ready for reporting and AI the moment it lands.
Team Growth
To support that expansion, Entegrata has nearly tripled its team over the past year. Headquartered in Indianapolis, the company plans to double its headcount again in 2027, with hiring concentrated in engineering, artificial intelligence and expansions into key support and operations roles. Open opportunities can be viewed here.
Platform Growth
Entegrata's data intelligence platform advanced capabilities on several fronts over the past year. The company launched its Admin Portal, a centralized control center that lets firms connect and manage their systems without custom development and introduced its “emitter” tool that pushes transformed data from firm pipelines out to destination systems, now with single-resource emission so teams can choose exactly what to send. [custom destinations for emission is on the roadmap.]
The company also surpassed 50 connectors with the addition of its iManage integration, extending the platform's reach across the most widely used systems in legal, from document management to time, billing, finance, and HR.
Yesterday, Entegrata introduced Metrics, a new semantic layer within the platform that gives firms unprecedented control over the definitions and calculations behind their data. By centralizing the logic that governs how a firm measures its business and the definitions behind it, Metrics makes authoritative reporting more efficient and consistent at scale.
“A year ago, a lot of firms were still debating whether they needed a dedicated data layer. Now they are competing on how fast they can release one,” said Tom Baldwin, Founder and CEO of Entegrata. “Doubling our client base and nearly tripling our team in twelve months tells us the market has made its decision. Firms want their people focused on the reporting and distinctive AI products that serve their attorneys and clients, not on the plumbing underneath. We take that work off their plate.”
What’s Ahead: AI Enablement Powered by the Entegrata Data Intelligence Platform
Entegrata's next chapter is led by Andrew Baker, who joined in July as Chief AI & Data Strategy Officer from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he spent more than five years advancing how the AmLaw 10 firm applies data science and quantitative solutions to the practice of law. Baker owns Entegrata's AI-enablement roadmap, with a mandate to help firms make their content AI-ready, build the context that lets any model reason accurately over the data layer, and preserve the freedom to switch tools or frontier models without rebuilding the bedrock.
As part of that roadmap, Entegrata is announcing the development of a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to connect its platform directly to the AI tools law firms are already adopting. MCP is the emerging standard for linking AI applications to live, governed data sources.
“The firms pulling ahead are thinking more broadly about how their data fits into their long-term AI strategies. They’ve stopped treating their data layer as back-office infrastructure and started treating it as the key to maximizing impact and deploying creative solutions,” said Baker. “An MCP server is how that foundation becomes usable. Rather than getting locked into one model or one vendor, a firm can point whichever AI tool fits a given use case at a single, governed source of its own data. We help pool and prep the data and create context; the firm keeps the choice on how that gets used. That optionality is what turns a promising concept into something a firm can actually depend on.”
“What’s next? MCP is just the beginning of our AI enablement roadmap. We have big plans for how firms will leverage their data and how we’ll begin to weave in contents from key documents. It’s an exciting time,” said Baker.
